If you have not received your package or your order is showing delivered, please follow the steps provided: 

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for the package to be delivered. Shipping carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered but will not deliver it until a later timeframe. If the package still has not arrived after the 5th business day, please reach out contact@drinkprime.com, as our customer service team can further assist you. 
  • If your package is deemed lost in transit or cannot be located, please contact us via email at contact@drinkprime.com, and we can further assist you.

Incorrect Address: 

Once an order has shipped, we can no longer update the shipping address. Please reach out to the respective carrier to adjust your shipping address, or to have your package held at a location near you.
